The books the Complete Crime Scene Investigation Handbook and the Complete Crime Scene Investigation Workbook both contain forms that may be useful in processing/documenting a crime scene.  These forms are those forms from the books.  If you feel that these forms may be useful in documenting specific aspects of the crime scene, please feel free to download and use them.  The search waiver forms have been reviewed by a prosecutor at the Oklahoma County District Attorney’s Office.  However, prior to using theses specific forms, please provide these forms to your city attorney or county prosecutor for their final approval.
